Upon arrival at Cairo airport, you will receive assistance and be transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay in Cairo.
After breakfast, we will begin our visit to the plateau of the pyramids, where you will be very close to one of the ancient Seven Wonders of the World: the Great Pyramid of King Cheops, dating back to the 27th century BC. We will proceed to see the other pyramids of King Khafre and Menkaure and end our visit with the famous enigmatic Sphinx, which represents King Khafre in the form of a lion. Next, you will learn about the ancient Egyptians' technique of making various items using a plant called papyrus. We will have lunch at a local restaurant and continue the day by visiting the Egyptian Museum, which houses historical treasures, including the valuable treasure of the child king, King Tutankhamun. We will return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Cairo.

After breakfast, we will depart for Cairo airport to fly to Aswan (85 minutes). Upon arrival at Aswan airport, we will directly visit the High Dam of Aswan and proceed to visit the temple of the goddess Isis on the beautiful island of Philae. We will continue to our Nile cruise, check in, have lunch on board, and in the afternoon, participate in a possible optional tour to visit one of the local sites, the Nubian Village. Dinner will be served on board, followed by an overnight stay in Aswan.

After breakfast, we may depart at dawn for an optional excursion to visit the Abu Simbel temples, which are carved into a hill and stand more than 30 meters tall. We will return to the ship and continue sailing to Kom Ombo. After lunch on board, we will visit the temple of the god Sobek, the crocodile god, which once housed more than 3000 alligators. Some mummified alligators can still be seen in the temple museum. We will return to the ship, sail to Edfu, and enjoy an oriental dinner on board with an oriental night. Overnight stay on board.

After breakfast, we will depart in a chariot to visit the beautiful temple of Edfu, known as the temple of the god Horus the falcon, which features a portal and huge engravings. We will return to the ship and continue sailing to Luxor. Upon arrival in Luxor, we will have the possibility of participating in some activities in the city. Dinner on board and overnight stay in Luxor.

You have the option of an early departure to enjoy a beautiful hot air balloon trip, offering a unique view of the temple and tomb ruins from the sky. Our main visit will be to the tombs of the Valley of the Kings, which houses 64 tombs for the great Ancient Egyptian kings, the temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the 2 colossi of Memnon. We will cross back to the east bank to visit the Karnak temples, the largest in the world, with buildings belonging to 13 different kings from the 19th century BC. You will also explore the beautiful Luxor temple, known for its obelisk and the statues of King Ramses II. Depending on the flight time, we will depart for Luxor airport to fly back to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be met, assisted, and transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay in Cairo.
